We pride ourselves on delivering our food as fresh as possible; we therefore require 48 hours notice for this service. We deliver for free to the local area (Kingston upon Thames + 5 miles). Extra charges apply for outside this perimeter and for central London from £5 to £10

You will be able to let us know your preferred delivery time when purchasing a box or platter. Although we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, if you do require a particular time please specify and we will do our best to fulfil this. 

Please include as much information as possible upon checkout to ensure the product is delivered to the correct address.

If we are unable to reach anyone, the product will be left with a neighbour, in a safe location near the doorstep of your home or left with front desk/reception (i.e. office, school, university, hospital).

If otherwise stated or we are unable to leave your order in a safe place a redelivery fee will be incurred.

Once a delivery has been made the responsibility of the order rests with the buyer. Graze Time does not cover the cost of lost or stolen items once delivered.
