Jean-Michel’s passion for food started in his childhood back in France. After graduating from culinary college in Paris, he has worked between France and London for the past twenty-two years. Jean-Michel has had the opportunity to learn from renowned chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Gordon Ramsay and Anton Edelmann and has also worked as Head Chef at English National Opera and Sadler’s Wells theatre.
He is passionate about delivering a high-end culinary experience, from the finest ingredients to a bespoke menu; all prepared and delivered with outstanding professionalism.
