Breakfast can be from a selection of nutritious ingredients, seasonal fruits, smoothies, fresh juices, granola, yoghurt served with for examples scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, toast, fruit salad, tea and coffee.
Lunch/ Dinner
A lunch or dinner can be very informal, healthy, simple and ready whenever you required:
Cos lettuce salad with garlic, thyme and lemon chicken breast with heritage tomatoes, shaved parmesan and Caesar dressing and for dessert a fresh fruit salad with mint and elderflower syrup.
More formal with a 3 course meal.

STARTERS
Steamed English asparagus, poached egg, shaved parmesan & hollandaise sauce. (V)
Gruyère cheese soufflé with watercress, plum tomatoes and crispy shallots. (V) White crab and avocado tian served with mollet quail eggs and baby gem lettuce. Tuna tartare, crème fraîche & salmon salmon caviar.
Seared duck breast with roasted honey figs, butternut squash and rocket salad.

MAIN COURSES
